FAQ

ALUNBRIG is a prescription medication used to treat adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is ALK-positive (anaplastic lymphoma kinase-positive). It’s used when the cancer has spread (metastasized) and either:

  • Has not been treated with an ALK inhibitor, or
  • Has worsened after treatment with crizotinib (another ALK inhibitor).

ALUNBRIG is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). It blocks the activity of the ALK protein that helps cancer cells grow and survive. By targeting ALK-positive cancer cells, ALUNBRIG slows or stops tumor growth.
