Adverse Effects:

  • Risk of Infections and Hepatitis B Reactivation: Bacterial and viral infections, including COVID-19, Hepatitis B reactivation in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
  • Thrombocytopenia and Neutropenia: reduced levels of platelets and neutrophils.
  • Hepatotoxicity: Reversible drug-induced liver injury and new or worsening elevations of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST).
  • Severe Cutaneous Adverse Reactions: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN).
