Indication:Tepkinly / Epkinly is a bispecific CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and in relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL).

Tepkinly / Epkinly (Epcoritamab) is a bispecific CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager indicated for the following:

  1. i) treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), not otherwise specified, including DLBCL arising from indolent lymphoma, and high-grade B-cell lymphoma after two or more lines of systemic therapy. 
  2. ii) In combination with lenalidomide and rituximab for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL). 

iii) As monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory FL after two or more lines of systemic therapy.

What is Tepkinly / Epkinly used for?

Tepkinly / Epkinly (Epcoritamab) is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with:

How does that work?

Tepkinly / Epkinly is a bispecific CD20-directed CD3 T-cell engager that binds simultaneously with CD3 (present on T cells) and CD20 (present on the B lineage lymphoma and on the B-cells). This binding helps in activating T cells. T cells release toxic chemicals and proinflammatory cytokines that induce death of CD20+ B cells.
